1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OBmatrix website, the OBmatrix TradingView indicator, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by OBmatrix ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a subscription, accessing our website, or using the OBmatrix indicator, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About OBmatrix
OBmatrix is a technical analysis indicator built for the TradingView platform. It is designed to help traders visualize Smart Money Concepts such as order blocks, fair value gaps, liquidity, and market structure. OBmatrix is a charting and analysis tool only — it does not place trades, manage funds, or guarantee any trading outcome.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid TradingView account to purchase and use OBmatrix. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscription Plans & Access
OBmatrix is offered on a subscription basis (1 Month, 3 Months, or 1 Year, as displayed on our pricing page). After a successful payment, access to the indicator is granted directly on TradingView using the TradingView username you provide at checkout. Please ensure your TradingView username is entered correctly, as access cannot be granted to an incorrect username without your assistance in correcting it.
Access is typically activated shortly after payment is confirmed. In some cases activation may take longer during high-demand periods; if you do not receive access within a reasonable time, please contact us on WhatsApp.
5. Payments
Payments for OBmatrix subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment partner. We do not directly collect or store your full card or bank details. All prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes as indicated at the time of purchase.
6. No Financial Advice & Risk Disclaimer
OBmatrix is a technical analysis tool only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading and investing in financial markets carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance shown in any marketing material, demo, or backtest is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and we strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The OBmatrix indicator, its source code, branding, website content, and all related materials are the property of OBmatrix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the indicator on TradingView for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, share your access, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the indicator or its code.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your TradingView access or subscription with any third party; (b) attempt to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer the indicator; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for violations of this section.
9. Service Availability
OBmatrix operates as an add-on to the TradingView platform, and its availability depends on TradingView's own systems, which are outside our control. We aim to keep the Service accurate and available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for outages, bugs, or disruptions caused by TradingView or other third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBmatrix and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to OBmatrix, without refund, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by simply not renewing your subscription; subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or for legal reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
