OBmatrix

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how OBmatrix Trading Solutions ("OBmatrix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our websites, use our dashboard, or use our TradingView indicators ("Products").

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — when you create a dashboard account or purchase a license, we (or our payment processor) collect information such as your name, email address, and payment details.
  • Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, and approximate location (derived from IP address), collected automatically via analytics tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored in your browser to support analytics and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

3. Third-party services we use

We use the following third-party services on our websites:

  • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our websites. Google may process this data according to its own privacy policy.
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API — to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and understand which pages and actions (such as visiting a product page) lead to interest in our Products. This sends certain browser and device information, and hashed or pseudonymous identifiers where applicable, to Meta. Data processed via the Conversions API is sent from our servers, not your browser directly.
  • TradingView — our Products run on TradingView's platform. Any account information you provide to TradingView is governed by TradingView's own privacy policy, not this one.
  • Payment processors — payment details are handled directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and manage your license and dashboard access.
  • To communicate with you about your account, purchases, or support requests.
  • To understand aggregate usage of our websites and improve them.
  • To measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing.
  • To detect, prevent, and address misuse of the Products, including use that violates our Terms & Conditions.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment processors, analytics providers, and hosting providers), or when required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain account and license information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the respective third-party tool.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our Products are not directed at, and are not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
