These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, TradingView indicators, and dashboard operated by OBmatrix Trading Solutions ("OBmatrix," "we," "us," or "our"), including OBmatrix, QuantyVector, and any product we release in the future (collectively, the "Products"). By accessing our websites, installing a Product on TradingView, or using our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

Every Product is a charting and study tool built to help traders understand market structure using Smart Money Concepts and ICT methodology. Nothing on our websites, in our Products, or in any communication from us constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker in any jurisdiction, and no fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Products.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. Any decision to trade or invest is made solely at your own discretion and risk. We do not publish, and you should not expect, specific win-rate, accuracy, or profitability claims for any Product.

By using a Product, you represent that you meet all of the following conditions. If you do not, you must not use the Products.

• You are not a resident of India, and you will not use, apply, or reference any Product in connection with trading on an Indian exchange or in the Indian securities, derivatives, or stock market.
• You will not use any Product for trading any stock market index — for example the Nifty, Bank Nifty, Sensex, S&P 500, Nasdaq, Dow Jones, FTSE, or any other index — on any exchange, in any country.
• You will not use any Product for options trading — on any underlying, exchange, or in any country.
• You are using the Product for personal, educational study of chart structure and methodology, not as an automated or semi-automated signal-following system for live trading.
• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Your use of the Products complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading-related tools in your country of residence.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account we reasonably believe is being used in violation of this section, without notice and without refund.

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Products for your own personal, educational use on TradingView. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share your access credentials or invite-only script access with any third party.

Our Products run on TradingView's charting platform, and license management runs through our dashboard. Your use of TradingView is governed by TradingView's own terms of service and privacy policy, which we do not control. We are not responsible for TradingView's availability, functionality, or data accuracy.

All Products, source code, branding, and content on our websites are owned by OBmatrix Trading Solutions or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Product or content to you.

Fees for the Products are as displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBmatrix Trading Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Products — including any use that violates Section 3 of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Product at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Products at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Products after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
